How Can low Blood Pressure Along With Sore Throat Be Treated?

Hello, i have a friend who has been experiencing extreme low blood pressure, he looks dehydrated and sunk in pale skin, a sore throat, he was fine when i saw him not this past Monday but the Monday before that he had trouble getting up he looked weak and looked like he was getting a cold he also seemed yellow in the skin and eyes. Also, I am afraid that he might have some sexually transmitted disease and he is not letting me know, he is a 39 year old 5 11 180lbs male.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
I will advise you ask your friend to seek medical examination.Only a good medical history of his problem with physical examination and some laboratory tests may help to identify the cause of his symptoms. His treatment will depend on cause.I the meantime, i will advise he tries the following:
-Take enough fluids(water)
-Gargle with warm salt water many times per day
-Eat well and healthy
Hope this will help
Best regards
